Troubleshooting methods commonly used in sluices

1) Press the lifting rod or falling rod key to keep the gear rod rising and falling.

2) The motor humming gear rod can not rise and fall:
Problem: 1. How to deal with the difficulty of starting when the gear rod is in the middle position: Start again when the lever is in the horizontal or vertical position by rocking the handle:

3) The gear rod can not reach the horizontal or vertical position by lifting/falling:
Problem: 1. The improper adjustment of connecting rod length: Open the door cover of the chassis and check whether the gear rod is in the horizontal position when the arm is in line with the intermediate connecting rod. If the above state can not be achieved, the connecting rod screw can be adjusted to make the two arms coincide with or align with the connecting rod, and then the nut is locked.
Problem: 2. Location slider fixer loosening treatment method: adjust the gear rod, tighten the fixing screw in horizontal or vertical position.
